How to request updated Location Hours?

Instructions:

To request hours to be changed for your location(s), please provide the following information in the form below:

• Impacted location or location groups
• Updated hours for those affected locations
• The date on which hours change to take effect
• If this change is to be temporary or permanent
• If temporary, when should hours revert?

Expectations: 

dbaPlatform will complete this request within 2 business days, provided no issues are encountered by our partners. The requested updates are estimated to show live within 2 business days after dba completes the request.
