If you’ve received this message, it means that there may be a couple of things amiss that would be generating this error, depending on the data collection method. (Site scrape or FTP submission)

• The image is broken, incorrect, or non-existent. (Site Scrape)
• The image URL is incorrect, broken, or not live. (FTP)

Tips to remedy:

• Site Scrape - Make sure images are uploaded and valid on all vehicle listing VDPs
• FTP - Make sure the image URL in the .csv file has valid and correct URLs inputted into the “Image_Link” column for each vehicle listed
