How do I configure my white-Labelled domain alias for dbaPlatform?

Follow this step-by-step guide to configure the white-label domain alias.

To configure your white-labeled domain alias, you will need to complete three steps:

  1. Add a CNAME record in your website's DNS settings that point to "agency.commandpad.io"
    • Type: CNAME
    • Host: Portal
    • Points to: "agency.commandpad.io"
    • TTL: Automatic
      • If you can not set this to automatic, make it as frequent as possible

Note: It may take several hours (or longer) for your DNS changes to go live.

2. Click "Register Domain Alias," and your domain alias will register in the system, and the status will change to verified.

3. Click "Renew SSL Lease," and the status will change to "ACTIVE" when the SSL Certificate has been issued or renewed.

Note: It is not uncommon for DNS changes to take up to several hours to go live; please be patient.
