How do I change my password in dbaPlatform?

Updating your password can be done on the platform or at the login screen.

Updating your password in dbaPlatform:

1. Navigate to https://agency.commandpad.io

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Users"

4. Click the Manage button for the corresponding user you wish to change the password for

5. Enter the new password

6. Click "Save"

7. Click "Ok" and the new password will be applied

Updating your password from the login screen: 

This option is best for anyone who has forgotten or needs to reset their password independently. 

1. Click "Forgot Your Password?"

2. Enter your email address

3. Click "Reset My Password" and you will be sent a reset password email
