Follow these steps: 

  1. Please navigate to a recent email that we sent you
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email
  3. You will see two options
    • "Manage Preferences" 
      • We recommend selecting this option so that you can customize your communication preferences. Select settings that enable you to stay up-to-date without email fatigue. 
      • We hope you stick around, but if you are ready to go, you will select this option to cease all communication."Unsubscribe"
  1. Based on your selection, you will continue to save your new communication settings.
