A business should only have one listing at an address regardless of the number of services.
If your business offers unrelated services, add the proper categories in GMB and create separate pages on your associated website for each service for best results.
There is an exception when there are different departments within a business. For example, auto dealers and hotels can have different listings for the same address.
Note: These department listings typically have their own set of hours and phone numbers.
In all other cases, if you would like to have separate listings at the same address, you would need to go through the process of adding visible signage for each business and acquiring different phone numbers to legitimatize the listing to be within Google guidelines.
